Life update:

It’s been crazy since I returned from being abroad. I’m all moved into to my new space in Grass Valley, CA. Studio is live and shooting. It took over two months to find a place to live. I hadn’t rented a new place since 2017!

I feel so very behind on sharing stories from my travels in Thailand, Spain, Morocco, and Portugal.

It’s just me over here juggling all of the things to operate a business and just living, ya know.

Anyways, I’m stoked to have one of my photo stories from Thailand published in High Times for the month of August!

It was quite the adventure making it out to Prempavee Farm located in the far north east region of Thailand. Just a stones throw from Laos.

Check out the gallery below for more images from Prempavee Farm

I used a Canon R5 with 35mm, 50mm, 70-200mm, 100mm, and Leica Q3 for these images.

I love having the option to shoot with both cameras. The ability to focus bracket in the field and achieve results similar to focus stacking is so clutch.

I wanted to capture these seeds in high detail with focus all the way through the composition.

I used diffused the sun with a piece of white paper while shooting the focus bracket.

I made a post on instagram talking about this process. Here’s the link.

I rarely mention this, but all of my international travels documenting cannabis are self funded. These are passion projects of mine and they aren’t cheap!

The best way to show support for me is to share my work with people you know.

Show the beauty of cannabis with people who are against it. Talk about how connective and healing this plant is – and if it falls on deaf ears, blind them with images.

My work is available for purchase as well. I do custom orders if nothing on my site catches your eye.
