74,000 people attended Mary Jane Festival along side 500 booths and 5,000 industry professionals in Berlin. And I was fortunate to be one of them.

It was my first time in Berlin, and all of the positive stories I’ve heard turned out to be true.

The city was beautiful on these super hot summer days, something that is more rare from what I was told.

It reminded me of the PNW, like Washington, where I grew up. Very green lush, liberal, diverse, and bicycle heavy.

The festival itself was a blur, just non-stop from rise to fall each day.

I wont get into it, but I had a hell of a time with flight delays, cancellations, and rebookings on my way to Berlin. Complete shit show causing me to miss the first 3 days in Berlin..so I extended my stay by a few days to make up for it.

On Saturday Compound Genetics gave me the opportunity (and stage) to share my story.

It was a really dope experience being able to speak in front of many different people from many different places.

We ended with an audience Q&A, and I was mostly asked about technique and process.

Huge shout out to Ruby for making this all happen and leading the conversation with me. Along with the rest of the Compound team for creating a space for activations!

After MJ on Saturday I got to explore the city a little bit. It was a vibe!

I ventured over to east Berlin to stumble upon a dj slanging pizzas and a whole house dance party filling the street. We grabbed some beers and loaded a dab as we waited for the pizza. Perfect end to the third night of MJ.

It was really rewarding to see my photography work representing multiple companies throughout the event. I could spot trichomes I knew from down the rows of booths in the convention halls.

I also brought three different prints editions of 10 to sell exclusively in Berlin, and I’m stoked to say I sold out!

Huge thanks to everyone who picked one up and showed support. It truly means so much to me that you want to own my creative work.

I was humbled and filled with joy meeting so many fans of mine in Germany.
